Our Menu
Our menu of pizza offerings is ever-evolving! We have developed several combinations and will continue experiments as the inspiration hits. Of course, if you have a particular pizza you want at your event, we are always open to helping you satisfy your craving!
CURRENT MENU - these are the ones we usually have when out at an event:
TRADITIONAL CHEESE - the ever-popular simple cheese, a favorite for kids and adults alike
PEPPERONI - our classic pepperoni
MARGHERITA - our take on the Naples, Italy classic
TWISTED SISTER - we created Margherita's more fun twin sister: an inverted Margherita with an Olive Oil base and tomato sauce dolloped on top. Maybe better than the original!
HAWAIIAN - back on the regular menu, by popular demand, our venture into Hawaiian pizza with real chunks of ham, bacon, and grilled fresh pineapple
MAMA MIA - Invented by my wife, an olive oil base with cheese, bacon, mushrooms, fresh basil, and fresh mozzarella, finished with our balsamic honey glaze (Our MOST POPULAR pizza!)
MAGNUM, PI(zza) - 80's kids will appreciate the name, we took the Mama Mia and added fresh Pineapple, and BANG! Absolutely delicious!
FUNGUS AMONGUS - a mushroom pizza made olive oil and finished with our balsamic honey glaze
THE ED - named after ME, it's MY personal favorite with mushrooms, bacon, and beef
MEAT SWEATS - Just what it says - so much meat, you'll get the meat sweats
Other pizzas - these are other pizzas we have done and pull out occasionally, but don't usually do at events (I am willing to try ANYTHING on a pizza, so if you have a suggestion, let us know, and we'll try it):
BREAKFAST PIZZA - really gets the day started off right with basically everything I'd put in an omelette
CHICKEN ENCHILADA - Yes, this is what would happen if Mexico and Italy had a child
CHICKEN PARMESAN - one of my favorite Italian dishes comes to pizza
BBQ - Pulled Pork Shoulder with my own sweet & tangy mustard-based BBQ sauce - my son's favorite
BBQ CHICKEN - sounds crazy, but it tastes divine
MAD MAX - Olive Oil > Mozzarella/Provolone > Chicken > Bacon > Mushrooms > Finished with our Honey Balsamic Glaze
SHEPHERD'S PIE - developed for Celtic festivals, my grandmother's Shepherd's Pie recipe finagled into a pizza
PIZZA BIANCA - magical flavor with feta cheese, spinach, and mushrooms
TURKEY & DRESSING - No, seriously - I made a cray good pizza out of Thanksgiving dinner (seasonal, obviously)
VEGGIE - our offering for the veggie lover with an olive oil or tomato sauce base
STRAWBERRY - A delectable desert pizza - sounds crazy, but OH, so good!
PECAN PIE - incredible take on an old, Southern staple
